Exchange Policies
You have 30 days from the time you receive your product to seek an exchange. If your request is approved, it will take an additional 10-15 days to execute the exchange. This is in accordance with our 30-day exchange policy.
Your item must be returned in the exact same condition as you received it, with all tags still intact, unused, and unwashed. The invoice or other evidence of purchase is also required.
The exchange will be initiated after the product is received. Exchanges take 10-15 business days to process. You shall receive the new shipping details once we receive the original product at the warehouse.
We reserve the right not to accept return of products which we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled.
